The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate for the national currency. As a result of trading on October 3, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.8228 lari. The current exchange rate was 2.8291 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the dollar exchange rate against the national currency amounted to 0.63 tetri.
The euro has devalued, and now its exchange rate is 2.7590 lari. While the current exchange rate was 2.7623 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the euro exchange rate amounted to 0.33 tetri.
The Turkish lira depreciated to 0.1520 lari, while the pound sterling appreciated to 3.1618 lari.
The exchange rates determined as a result of today's trading will come into effect on October 4th.
