Minor dies in Rustavi

In the 7th micro-district of the city of Rustavi (Eastern Georgia), a minor boy died.
According to available information, friends gathered in one of the apartments to celebrate the Old New Year. In the morning one of the boys became ill, he went out into the yard, fell down and lost consciousness.
Neighbors called an ambulance, but the boy could not be saved.
The minors reportedly drank alcoholic beverages and also allegedly took soft drugs.
Upon the death of a teenager, an investigation has been launched under article 115 of the Criminal Code of Georgia - "inciting to suicide", punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to six years.
