Due to the high public interest, the Ministry of Internal Affairs publishes data on citizens entering Georgia from the Russian Federation.
According to the ministry, the passenger traffic at the Dariali border crossing has significantly decreased in recent days. The number of border crossings by citizens of the Russian Federation at all border checkpoints of Georgia has also decreased.
👉 From 10:00 on September 29 to 10:00 on September 30, 6,109 citizens of the Russian Federation crossed the border of Georgia through all checkpoints, and 5,186 citizens left Georgia.
👉 From 10:00 on September 28 to 10:00 on September 29, 9,642 citizens entered, 5,448 citizens left.
“At the same time, the traffic of trucks and cars at the Dariali border crossing returned to normal, as a result of which the transit traffic, interrupted in recent days, was fully restored.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia will continue to actively publish passenger traffic statistics and inform the public," the release says.
