According to Minister of Justice Rati Bregadze, ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili really smokes electronic cigarettes. Bregadze stated this in response to a journalist's question whether it is possible that the deterioration of Saakashvili's health was caused by electronic cigarettes.
“As a non-doctor, it will be difficult for me to answer what exactly causes positive and negative health outcomes, although I can confirm the information that he does smoke electronic cigarettes,” Rati Bregadze said at a press conference.
