The Tbilisi metro is working intermittently today. The cause of the failure was a voltage drop in the mains.
“The movement of the subway did not stop. There was a voltage drop, due to which the interval of movement of trains in the subway increased slightly, although traffic is slowly returning to normal. The voltage drop affected the movement of trains,” a representative of the Tbilisi Transportation Company told pia.ge.
It should be reminded that according to the decision of the Tbilisi Mayor's Office, it is planned to close one of the final metro stations - Varketili - for repairs for 2 months.
