Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is "against negotiations."
According to him, Zelensky "does not want to recognize the collapse of Ukraine, so there is no point in negotiations."
“Zelensky does not need negotiations for obvious selfish reasons. Moreover, negotiations are very dangerous for him. After all, if he does not recognize the reality of the collapse of Ukraine,” Medvedev said.
