The parties discussed further deepening of bilateral cooperation, expanding economic ties and the ongoing reforms on the path of European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
The Head of the Government of Georgia underlined the visit of the Prime Minister of Lithuania.
"Dear Prime Minister, I am glad that you are in Tbilisi. This visit is symbolic for both parties, as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the announcement of the republic. We are happy to have a very high-level political and economic relations and very positive dynamics. Lithuania is one of the strongest supporters of Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations, for which we thank you,"- the Prime Minister stated.
Lithuania's Prime Minister thanked Giorgi Kvirikashvili for hosting him.
"Mr. Prime Minister, I'm glad to be here. Georgia is a very important strategic partner for us," - Saulius Skvernelis said.
