The clinical director of Vivamedi, Zurab Chkhaidze, spoke to the media about the condition of ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili and yesterday's trial. According to him, Saakashvili increased the amount of food and calories consumed.
“In the evening the patient had a temperature of 37.2, this morning 37.3. One important factor is that he has relatively expanded his diet. What is a fact is that the diet has been expanded and, I hope, it will continue like this, external forces will not interfere and delay our work with the patient," Chkhaidze said.
In addition, according to Chkhaidze, Vivamedi General Director Nino Nadiradze showed the country the incompetence of ex-president Saakashvili's lawyers.
“Regarding yesterday's trial, I want to tell you that Mrs. Nino Nadiradze showed the whole country how incompetent the main actors in this case are, I mean lawyers. I don’t know the level of their competence as lawyers in other areas, but when it comes to medical matters, yesterday they showed their ignorance, that they do not understand the area they are currently working on,” Chkhaidze said.
